The article is well written and goes to the hear of my need. I would ask anyone for any advice on an elementary Latin grammar and reader to help me teach my grandchild Latin. It is not offered in the area. Forty-years go, when I learned Latin, there was an excellent book that taught grammar from the beginning and progressed with increasingly difficult concepts, all using a simplified translation of the Aeneid that became more complex with each grammer lesson.
