...but I've accepted the job at Dripping Springs High School, Dripping Springs, TX--south of Austin.

I feel very good about this even though this will throw a lot of kinks into the system for me and my family. Who knows what will happen or where this will lead to. I'm excited. And terrified. Especially since my summer is virtually booked.

Eegads.

How exciting, Ginny! I knew you wouldn't/couldn't be idle for long!

Thanks, Mark.

As for the "knew you couldn't be idle for long," a woman at my son's karate looked at me tonight and said, "Do you only wear shirts with Latin?" I was also holding a new cap with "Latin: ex una plures", wearing two new buttons (shall I save one of each for you?) which have SPQR and DOCEO--What do you do?, not to mention a shirt (not of my own design for once, because those are clean and stacked up to take and wear at ACL). I told the woman I was insane or possessed, but that most of them were things I had made and I handed her a card.

Gawd, I'm sick!
